Throughout my time working as a Psychologist in Calgary and Houston, I noticed a specific need that needed to be met in my community. I saw hardworking professionals and moms eager to feel more balanced, alive, and live a life full of meaning. I also witnessed how their struggles were affecting all aspects of their being.
As a former yoga instructor and 20-year meditation expert, I value the importance of the mind-body connection. I felt called to help these individuals, people just like you, with their mental and emotional struggles while also acknowledging their physical and spiritual health.
Because everything we experience in life is intertwined, I believe we have nothing without having peace of mind. I wanted to help individuals find calm, enhance meaning, and learn the incredible value of practicing self-compassion.

At Inner Balance Psychological Services, I use evidence-based therapy methods with solid research to back their effectiveness. I’m also committed to staying current with changes in the psychotherapy field by attending ongoing training, workshops, and conferences and staying abreast with current research in the field.
In my free time, I’m often found enjoying outdoor activities and spending time with loved ones. I am an active member of Postpartum Support International, Psychology Association or Alberta, and the International OCD Foundation.
